Empty return package list

Question

Hi guys 
 When I try to create a return package, the file list is empty. Can you help? 
 (I've tried finalizing it, but nothing happens either)

Try to right-click on your files and "Revert to SDLXLIFF" (or something like that...) and then try to create your return package. You should not finalise your project if it's not complete yet, and if you still have to create a return package then the project is not complete.

Just fired up my computer to see the image better... please make sure that the project you are working on is the active one (make sure it's bold). Perhaps that's the issue?

I've never seen this without a good reason... and now we seem to have exhausted the guesses we'd need to see your project. If you can zip it up and send it to me I can take a look? 
 
And even if it was a bug you're still using 2014 which is three major versions old and not supported at all. So not sure why you think it would be going on for 9 years?
