Hi, 

After updating Trados version 2019 to version SR1, (2019.15.1.0.44109) it suddenly produced this error message.

(Last weekend I spent three days trying all sorts, and found that by upgrading the TMs (orange triangle indicated this needed doing) - relief. the errors then, also, appeared a day later, a day after being able to work fine with the project, at first. Explain that one please)

But now I started a fresh project, was working fine yesterday - today: again: shock horror: same message!!!

as I am not a techie, and your solution "Click Repair" (what??? where IS that "repair" button even? (not in "Instellingen (settings) > Apps > Apps en onderdelen (apps & components) > SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR1 - NO repair button anywhere in sight) 

Plus, my system manager refuses  to mess around with the BIOS, as 'a program that you pay good money for, shouldn't be riddled with faults like this, and this is just unheard of in any other software programme I've seen and worked with in the last thirty years!'

I'm now pretty @#@$$$ , so any actual help is welcome.

Does your support team even use TeamViewer and actually offers any Help?
