Serbian (Latin, Serbia and Montenegro (Former)) missing in Studio 2017

Question

Dear all, 
 last week we noticed that Serbian (Latin, Serbia and Montenegro (Former)) disappeared in Studio 2017. 
 We regularly use it for one customer and need it. Does anybody know how we cann add this language? 
 The old threads to the 2015 bug didn't help us.

 The following languages are still available in Studio 2017 
 
 It would be good to know exactly which version you need as I have also spoken to a Serbian colleague who is also unsure of what exactly you need.

Yes it appears that this option was withdrawn in the very latests release of 2017. 
Is the answer here not to simply understand where the client is and then choose either Serbian -Serbia or Serbian Montenegro? 
To understand the exact needs would be great.

I have spoken to a couple of colleagues regarding this and it appears that this combination has not been used officially for 7-8 years or so and therefore probably why this was excluded from later Studio 2017 updated versions. I don't think this will be included either in versions moving forward. 
The only way to get this language back would be to completely remove Studio from your machine and reinstall Studio 2017 from your account- but NOT install any of the updates as this would then remove the specified language.
