I have a brand new PC with excellent specs, fully updated in terms of SO and drivers. I have already reorganized Termbases, upgraded TMs and repaired installation. It keeps happening several times a day and it's taking me four times the time I'd normally need to translate a simple file.
How can I solve this?
It's very important to add Studio and MultiTerm to the AntiVirus exceptions list.

There are many reasons why a program could crash. That which I found prevented most of them was to turn off Match Repair as explained in the link above. If I have a troublesome file, that's what I do and it seems to stop the crashes, whatever is causing them.

It depends what is triggering the behaviour in your case. It could be something in your setup, an incompatibility between Studio and MultiTerm versions (make sure they are both up to date by opening each product and clicking the Help tab then 'Check for Updates') or a plugin issue, among many other things.
Please start a new thread and describe exactly what is happening and how it is triggered.
Then someone at SDL will be able to set up a case for you where they can take a look at the situation remotely if required.
