Error message: "The process cannot access the file because it is used by another process"

Question

Hello, 
 When I try to save a sdlxliff file from Strudio 2019, I get this error message: 
 Unhandled exception. Error info saved to errorLog.txt file [I didn't find it] "The process cannot access the file because it is used by another process" 
 I looked at the answers given to other users that had this problem, but didn't find a solution. 
 
 The word file is not open anywhere. 
 I used Process Explorer Search. And it din't fin anything.

I can save the file somehow after that. But why do I get this error message and how to get rid of it?

It would help if you could tell us what exactly you have tried so far. 
 
At first glance, it appears that you may have TWO projects with the same name and path (but I cannot translate the second line in the error message properly). 
 
Also this error could occur I think if you are trying to collaborate with another translator (via Google drive in this instance) in real time or share the same resources. 
 
What happens if you re-create the project (using a different name) and maybe save this locally?

Have you tried logging out of Google and back in again? 
 
If so, try downloading the file to your local machine and saving. 
Then create a new project with a specific name (not project 6) and also save this locally.
