Translation memory will not show matches

Question

I can't view the matches on segments with 99% and fuzzy matches. The TM is not loading them, so I can't see where the translations of these segments have changed. How can I fix this?

Please make a "Reset Window Layout" as from your screen shot I can see that the "Translation Results" window is not properly displayed. 
View Tab + Reset Window Layout

Trados Studio > 1. Trados Studio
