Could you explain exactly what you are doing when you see this please as i dont have the same issues-

Maybe try closing the TM and project-

Remove the TM from the project and then reopen in TM view.

Does the problem persist? 

I had this yesterday and today. Was driving me nuts.

For me the solution that worked was to go to the View tab in TM view and click Reset Windows Layout.

For reasons that escape me, it is possible for the Filter window to acquire settings that make it invisible, and resetting the layout of the Studio windows seems to fix that!

While Luca found a solution eight months ago, I thought it might be worth documenting this solution in case anyone else has the same problem
