Could you also confirm which Studio version you are using please along with the Windows OS AND Office version.

I don't get more information than this.. I'm using Studio 2019 on Windows 10 with Office 2013.

Sure, I will try this. But before I can do that I have another problem. A couple of days ago I managed to delete a server address in Studio that I think I need for it to work properly.
The server was here:
Do I need to have an SDL server here? If so what is the address?

My wild guess is that it's about some of the older (Office) file types which are not supported in Studio 2019...
Do you know what kind of files do the packages contain? You can either check manually (package is a ZIP file), or e.g. using the Package Viewer app (or what's the name).
