Error after installing group share - Login Error- An unknown error occurred!

Question

Good Morning, 
 I just installed SDL Groupshare 2017, and the installation occurred without any errors or problems. 
 He created the files correctly, the databases, and the IIS instances as well. 
 Everything seems to be installed perfectly, however, when I try to log in to the group share it displays the following error message:

When inspecting the error in the Chrome console, and I noticed that the error displayed is 404, it's as if there was no API.

My IIS seems to be installed correctly. 
 
 Someone knows this error because I reinstalled twice and it did not solve the problem.

Under the circumstances, I would suggest you ask the admin (JFM) on your SDL account to contact the SDL Account manager so that we can look into this for you and raise a support ticket where needed.

 Its always best to start a new thread, especially when the existing thread is so old as otherwise your post might be missed. 
 If you are experiencing issues with GroupShare installation, please log a support ticket (your company has a valid SMA) via your SDL account and the support team can investigate this for you.
