Txt-file definition of opening pattern and closing pattern

Question

Hello, I received a.txt file from a client which looks like that: 
 
 The following texts should be translated: 
 Gewerk 
 Gewerke 
 &Uuml;bersicht der Gewerks 
 etc. 
 
 In order to lock all texts that should not be translated, I set ' as opening pattern and also ' as closing pattern. 
 It worked fine except the fact that I also want to lock the texts in brackets. How do I have to adapt my type file settings?
