unsupported version of Adobe InDesign

Question

Dear SDL expert, 
 a client sent us 5 .idml files to translate. We were able to process 3 of them with SDL Professional 2017. For 2 of them, we keep on receiving the following error message: 'The selected IDML file was created by an unsupported version of Adobe InDesign 
 (Origin ISML v 1.0.0.0) 
 Could you help us at short notice?

Hello Michel Volckaert 
 In "Project Settings" extend "File Types" by clicking on the little triangle: 
 
 Select "Common" under the Adobe...IDML file type: 
 
 Check the box "Process unsupported file versions": 
 
 This tells Studio to also accept idml files generated by InDesign CC2019. 
 You might have to delete the source language files from the project and add them again after making this change. 
 Hope this helps.

In Project Settings > File Types > Adobe InDesign CS4-CC IDML > Common, ensure you have ticked the box Process unsupported file versions . 
 Then re-open your IDML files with the new settings.
