Unable to open SDLPPX file

Question

1. Suddenly today, I am unable to open either of two different SDLPPX files from two different clients. This is the error message I get: 
 Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture (or the neutral culture) on disk. baseName: Sdl.TranslationStudio.Packaging.Convertors. WorldServer.plugin locationinfo: <null> fileName: Sdl.TranslationStudio.Packaging.Convertors.WorldServer.plugin.resources 
 2. I did what chat support recommended and renamed those three files in the 15.0.0.0 folder. Then I restarted Trados. 
 3. I still get the same error message. Why would the software suddenly stop working?

Hello Catherine Hess 
 This sounds as though your Studio settings have become corrupted. 
 Please navigate to the following folder- 
 C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\SDLTradosStudio2019_SR1\modules 
 and then double click WorldServer Components.msi 
 
 Now restart your machine and Studio and the problem should be fixed.
