Can't add terms to termbase from sdl Trados Studio Editor

Question

I created a base in MutiTerm and opened it in my project, and even though I can see the terms in termbase viewer, I cannot quick add terms and the term recognition window says "no open termbase" but the settings show I did. What should I do? I just want to quick add. 
 Please help

If your languages in your project match those in your termbase then perhaps try reorganising it. This article explains if you don't know how to do this:
