Translate
Hi,
I recently installed the latest Amazon Translate Trados Plugin (as of April 7, 2019).
I am able to see Amazon Translate in the list of MT providers in the Options menu.
When I enter in my AWS credentials and go to the Editor view, every time I try to use the Translation Results pane for the FR EN.AmazonTranslate Trados Plugin, I get the following error message: A WebException with status NameResolutionFailure was thrown.
I use the DNS servers of my DNS proxy service (smartdnsproxy.com). I don't now if that is causing the DNS resolution issue (if indeed that is the problem).
I tried using two different AWS regions and received the same error. I tried making a local profile and using the secret key dialog to no avail (always the same error message).
Anyone have any ideas?
