Can you reproduce this?  If you can could you try and do it without running any tasks with the Clean up target app.  I don't now if this is inferfering with something in some way but if you can find a way to reliably reproduce the issue then we can try to fix it.

I haven't had a chance to reproduce this until now. Still happens this time after starting a project and doing these four initial tasks (marked by solid green icons). I did not do the "clean up task". (Also, is it strange that there's no "completed" time for the pre-translate task?)

I then did a pre-translate task and it "completed" and I reopened the file in editor to confirm that pre-translate had finished. But, I can't view the report:

But in the report folder for the project, I have a report for the pre-translate task but no way (as far as I know) to open it.

Now, this is not essential but I wanted to open it to see how long exactly this task took (time stamps say it took 14 minutes tho) so I could use it for evidence for another problem I'm having on another thread. The problem comes when I do analyze and it doesn't show up cuz I need those reports for getting quotes. There's an app workaround for that though, but I'd prefer to have everything visible in the report view.

Let me know what you need from me if you'd like to try to replicate this. I use the latest version of Studio 2017.

You can use this app which will read the XML and render for you in a nicer way:

I created a custom task to do exactly what you have here but I can't reproduce this problem.  Probalby best to log a ticket with the support team.
