 I got a error message: "Installation of the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 is not supported on this operating system. 
 
 Could someone tell me what should I do?

Hello @ jin kim , 
 Which version od Windows OS are you running? 
 You will need at least Windows 7 (latests updates installed) but preferably Windows 10 to run this version of .net framework. 
 If you already have Windows 10- then you must run all the updates via Settings/Windows Updates.
