I'm getting very poor leverage from my Tibetan-English TMs

I have migrated here from smartCAT, and in general SDL Trados' features have been very promising, but I am still getting very poor leverage from the 32 Tibetan-English TMs that I have in my memory bank that have been accumulated over several years.
I made an earlier post about this issue:
I've tried a lot of approaches so far: changing settings, allowing TU fragments, setting the fuzzy match threshold very low, updating Trados and my TMs to the lastest SR1 release, taking a close look at the segmentation. I've reviewed a lot of tutorials as well, but I haven't been getting any better results. When I run a report on a test project I made I still get 10 hits against the 32 Tibetan to English. In comparison the exact same files, document, and segmentation yeilds 100 hits when I run a report in smartCAT.
I am now really beginning to think that Trados' algorithms do not support the Tibetan script very well, which granted has an unusual structure and is often neglected in digital platforms, so I'm not particularly surprised here. Is there a possibility that one of the moderators could forward this complaint to the backend, IT, etc... to run some tests on the standard algorithms for the Tibetan script?
I would be happy to provide my test .tmx or .sdltm files along with the test document that I am using, and also I am happy to answer any questions about the structure of the Tibetan script.
Best wishes,
-Celso
