There are two, one from the original developer that does not, and one from us that does.  But I doubt that would be the most sensible approach.  If you have to use a custom filetype for your content then try these:

Opening tag:

<[^/>]+>

Closing tag:

</[^>]+>

That's close to what I was trying, but when I put that expression into Trados and then try to Preview the file, I get a warning dialog that says: Problem during writing internal tags! Check the definitions of your internal tags.

In that case you'll need to share a sample file and your filetype settings.  Too hard to know where the problem is otherwise but it sounds as though you have a clash of some sort.

The problem was really your structure rule as it was too greedy and caused an overlap with some of the attribute values in your html tags.  I edited it a little and attached... seems a little better:

Still, even more safe (and more transparent, IMO) rule is, instead of "anything followed by something" to use "anything except that something, followed by something".

i.e. instead of

.+?=

I would better use

[^=]+=

There's always more than one way to skin a cat!
