Studio 2019 shuts down at a specific segment - TM Problem (?)

Question

I am using Studio 2019 and something is happening that is making me waste a lot of time. 
 
 When I'm translating, it comes to a certain segment and Trados just shuts down. 
 I have to start over and when I try again, it comes to the same segment and shuts down again. 
 
 I have tried with several documents and at some point it happens again. 
 This happens when I use a TM, because if I don't use any TM, it works fine. 
 
 Can it be a TM problem? How can I fix it? How can I check for errors on TM? 
 
 I need help because this is delaying all my work.

Hi Elsa 
 I have had this problem for over a month now. Not on every file, but a select few. Simply having the cursor in a particular segment would cause Studio to shut down. 
 Also, Studio was not finding Termbase entries for certain segments (although Studio did not shut down) and the red marks on known words were disappearing and the TM would not find a translation match even though I knew there was one. 
 Both problems were was solved by reorganizing my Termbase in Multiterm.
