How to make Search and Replace Icons visible

Question

On the extreme right of the ribbon in Home View, the Search and Replace icons are tiny little things. Now I am learning to use Studio 2019 and these icons appear and disappear. Can someone please help me and explain how to make them reappear? Thank you

I assume you are a translator, right? So you have your hands on a keyboard most of the time, not on a mouse... So use the keyboard shortcuts and do not waste time by moving your hand off the keyboard, grabbing the mouse and trying to hit some tiny little icons...
