Update failed

Question

I've been getting an error message from the TrueUpdate Client and I'm not sure how to proceed. Ideas?

 Have you tried installing again? 
 If you cannot proceed with the installation, you can resolve this problem by contacting SDL's free licensing and installation help service, here: 
 installation and licensing help 
 
 Fill in the form. Select 'Installation' from the 'Case type' dropdown and, most importantly, give your correct email address so that they can contact you.
