This must be set up in the file type. You need to translate the tag attribute "href" of the <a> tag.

You need to look in the parser rules, not in the entity conversion.

In your PROJECT SETTINGS:

You will then need to remove the file from the project and add it again.
Changing parser rules will never affect a file already converted to SDLXLIFF.

thank you for the help, i tried these settings, removed and added again the file, but i still cannot edit the hyperlink. I see in a purple highlight, but still cannot edit. Is there any trick on keyboard how i can edit the purple text? Do you have any idea?

The purple color means that it's NOT editable.
You did not make the "href" attribute translatable. Making just the "a" tag translatable is not enough, that unlocks only the tag content, not the "href" attribute content.

Thank you all for your help, when i tried more settings (among others the good settings with translatable href attribute as well) just did not realized that the purple means it's not editable, and than a few segments down i can see the editabel links!!
