Not able to activate upLIFT function.

Question

We recently upgraded to Studio 2019 and are anxious to start using upLIFT to get fragment matches. I realized that it didn't happen automatically (first lesson) but that you actually have to switch this function on (for lack of a better term). Using the help function, I found the very simple instructions on how to do this, but it simply doesn't work because we are missing the necessary tab or option. 
 Does anybody have a suggestion for me? I have attached 2 screen shots: 1) to illustrate what I mean about this missing option and 2) to show how it should look according to the help section.

 Could you please confirm if you have upgraded your translation memory? 
 If not (it has an orange triangle next to it), please do it first and then try enabling this functionality again.

Hi Kim, 
 It seems there is a compatibility issue with your server-based TMs. In which version of Studio were they created? (The screenshot says Trados 2007...) What version of GroupShare are you using please? 
 I would suggest doing the export and re-creating your TMs, to get around this. Once the TM is recreated in Studio 2019, the upgrade and UpLift should work in order.
