I'm not aware of any current issues regarding the login via Chrome at this time (im logged in with Chrome).
Please try again and ensure you are using the same email address as registered on your SDL OOS account (SDL use single sign on system across all accounts).

It is the same address, as I said, this happens in numerous machines, the only way to avoid it is to use Incognito mode.

I think if this was general issue with Chrome/Community we would be seeing a lot more cases/complaints.
After a lot of digging, I have come across one other similar case (accessing Community via company domain)-
The resolution here was -

issue fixed by logging into Community using the Incognito feature of the browser.
After login and confirming the email the access works fine in the default browser |

Nope, logging works only as long as I remain in incognito. I suspected a privacy extension may be interfering, like Privacy Badger, but after disabling it, nothing changed. Clearing cache/cookies did not help either.
I have the same exact problem except that I don't get any message. I can access with Edge but with Chrome, only in incognito. Clearing cache/cookies didn't help.
