infamous "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: fileName" when trying to Save Target

HI,

when trying to Save Target I encounter "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: fileName" error.

I enclose XML file

If I open the file as new translation / Single File, i can save it (when it is empty), But after populating it with translations, the same error appears.

(i enclose XML file with "single file"prefix)

There are no Track Changes in the file, also Verification has been completed without any flaws.

The only problem is - when opening file - that SDL misses some temporary file (see picture enclosed).

Any idea, how to fix it. It is rather urgent.
