Sequence contains no elements error message when trying to open a file for translation

Question

I keep getting the error message "Sequence contains no elements" when trying to open a file for translation. The file is more than half translated. I am working with Studio 2019 and it is a Microsoft Word file. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance!
