Studio 2019 error message 'Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture (or the neutral culture) on disk' on trying to open packages

Question

Hi everyone, I just uploaded Service Release 2 for SDL Trados Studio 2019 and am getting the error message above. I've tried the fixes recommended in the knowledge base but none have worked. I'm a little panicked as I completed the first draft of a rather long and complicated translation before the service release and now can't access my file. Has anyone else encountered this issue with this particular Service Release? I should mention that I'm running SDL on a Mac using Parallels Desktop. I'm not sure if that's what's causing the problem.

 Installing the WS MSI installer manually normally resolves this issue. 
 Slightly off topic- 
 I would always suggest starting a new thread, rather than replying to one where there hasn't been any activity for a while, as these tend to get 'lost'. New threads/questions are always 'on top' and are likely to get the quickest reply.
