  • I have this constantly recurring problem as well: the spinning load wheel, often right after launching Studio and trying to click on a project, and Studio freezes altogether for good. Only thing that helps is shutting the program from Task Manager. I have submitted a ticket to SDL Support, they recommended running a net component included in the SR2 installation package, but our (University of Helsinki) IT support (who have to do the installations for us) noted that the version currently installed on my computer is more recent than the one in the SR2 component SDL support recommended running again. The strange thing is that so far I seem to be the only one experiencing this problem, although not everyone in our team has SR2 for Studio and the latest MultiTerm update installed yet. I began experiencing this after I had SR2 for Studio and CU3 for MultiTerm installed. I only now noticed that CU4 was released for MultiTerm last Thursday, and I'm now waiting for our IT to install that, crossing my fingers that that will help. I'm only guessing, but to me it seems like a network/connection issue, as we are also working with the GroupShare cloud.
