Dear Daniel,

This SR2 leads to a freeze of my application. When in the Projects view, when I select a project I noticed there is now a slight delay before getting the word amount in the Analysis Statistics panel. When I select various projects together, the application crashes (freezes) - almost in all cases.

I downgraded to the SR1 version, but I would like to know if there is any way to get the cumulative upadates released between SR1 and SR2?

Are you getting the spinning load wheel a lot? Seems to be happening a lot for me.

Yes, I have the spinning load wheel... I can shut off the program through the Task Manager only.

Anna Rohacova As a temporary measure, have you tried disabling the upLIFT Match repair function? It’s not ideal but at least Studio doesn’t freeze as much (for me anyway)...

I have this constantly recurring problem as well: the spinning load wheel, often right after launching Studio and trying to click on a project, and Studio freezes altogether for good. Only thing that helps is shutting the program from Task Manager. I have submitted a ticket to SDL Support, they recommended running a net component included in the SR2 installation package, but our (University of Helsinki) IT support (who have to do the installations for us) noted that the version currently installed on my computer is more recent than the one in the SR2 component SDL support recommended running again. The strange thing is that so far I seem to be the only one experiencing this problem, although not everyone in our team has SR2 for Studio and the latest MultiTerm update installed yet. I began experiencing this after I had SR2 for Studio and CU3 for MultiTerm installed. I only now noticed that CU4 was released for MultiTerm last Thursday, and I'm now waiting for our IT to install that, crossing my fingers that that will help. I'm only guessing, but to me it seems like a network/connection issue, as we are also working with the GroupShare cloud.

Well, after just having our IT department install the CU4 update for MultiTerm, I'm cautiously optimistic. Studio hasn't yet frozen and everything seems to be back to normal, more or less. Of course, I'll have to get some more hours under my belt to be sure that this was the remedy needed, but it just may be.
