Cant install SDL Trados 2019 free trial

Question

Dear collegues, 
 I cant complete the installation of free trial version of Trados 2019. 
 I download the ..installer.exe, run it, fill out the registration form, then download starts until it shows "Download completed"... and then nothing happens. 
 I cant start the installation because the corresponding button just doesnt appear. 
 The situation doesnt change even after waiting or deactivating AV. 
 Any ideas how to solve this issue?

 Finally. This option worked. Using the Fresh start app didn't work.

 Many apologies for not responding sooner. There is a problem that we have now managed to fix for W7 and W10 users, but not for W8 users. Seems to be related to something in an IE update that broke this.

 Coming back to this... you could simply reset 2017 and select your languages again. 
 You could use this app for the reset and this will also explain what you will lose by carrying out a reset before you do it:

 But if you'd rather do this manually then rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio: 
 c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14.0.0.0 
 So the path would become this: 
 c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14.0.0.0_old 
 If you can't find this folder then you need to unhide your hidden files/folders:

 You need to install the app and then when you hover over each location that can be reset you'll get an explanation:

 Did you try the registry fix yet and on which version are you attempting this? 
 It is of course possible to change the languages, but it's not made simple because the product is designed to support five languages for the version you have and the restriction is on purpose.
