After checking your account, I am assuming you are using Studio 2019/SR2- I have tried to replicate this myself and don't have any issues.

Issues with emailing packages/opening outlook are extremely sporadic and with no identifying or apparent cause (even after extensive testing) and this is the first case i'm aware of after the SR2 upgrade.

I can only suggest ensuring the complete system is updated-

Once updated and the machine has been restarted- does the problem persist?

If so - when sending the package- open the target Folder instead - copy the package and attach to the email.

Maybe now (as a test) try sending a different package.

I should mention that I was able to use that function on my 2017 version and 2019 version before last week. So in trying to fix another issue, we might have created a new one. :-(

It is always a good idea when a thread is a little older, to start a new one as older threads tend to be overlooked.
