I can't access my SDL Account page

Hi all,

I'm having trouble accessing my SDL Account page for a few weeks now. When I go to https://oos.sdl.com and enter my credentials, I'm taken to a page that says "Last time you logged in with:", followed by my account e-mail:

SDL ID login page displaying a message 'Last time you logged in with' above a blurred out email address and a link below stating 'Not your account?'

When I click my e-mail, the same page reloads. I click my e-mail again, I return to the same page and this keeps going forever; I can't pass it and access the account page.

I've tried everything: I've resetted my password; cleared cache/cookies/history; tried different browsers, computers, operating systems, even an Android smartphone and an iPad; tried using the incognito mode; flushed my DNS etc. but none of it helped. Besides, I can access the account page of another SDL account from the same devices, so the problem is definitely with my account.

Does anyone have any idea on how to solve this? Thanks in advance.

    Thank you for your reply.

    1) Yes, I've tried that. Again it directs me to the same "last time you logged in with" page.

    2) I can log in to my account within Studio, but when I click "SDL Account" under Help tab, I encounter the same problem.

    I can also log in to my account at www.sdl.com. But when I click any of the links in my account's drop-down menu (Downloads, Licenses, Orders etc.), I again encounter the same problem. 

    Maybe I should mention that I can access my SDL Workzone page without any problems. This problem seems to occur when I try to access my SDL Account page.
