Hi,
I'm translating a book for an author whose original file contains various photos and graphics, but which he doesn't want in the target file; apparently his English-language publisher just wants the text, with picture references sent separately. Strange, I know. But I wondered if there's any way of exporting a translated file, and more specifically, sections (chapters) of a translated file without maintaining the original's formatting? I've tried copying and pasting, but this of course transfers the text across as segments, and that's definitely not wanted.
It's looking like I'll need to continue translating without being able to use Trados - but maybe someone is expert enough to have a solution?
Thank you in advance....
