Hi,
I'm working on a project with 19 files and have created a file-based TM. I opened it without any problem from the parameters menu but when I open a file for translation, I get a message saying that there is no active TM. But if I go back to parameters and try to open it again, I get a message saying it's already open!
Can anybody help?

I think we need a little more detail as to what you are doing here. Might be a good idea to clsoe everything down and restart your machine to ensure you dont have numerous windows open in the back-ground.

Sorry. I meant "project settings" rather than 'parameters' (I'm using a French version). So I'm following the normal procedure to open a file-based TM, but when I open a file, I get a message saying that I have no TM.

Can you provide some screenshots please, as simply opening a file shouldn't trigger such a message.
Maybe check your project settings as well and ensure the settings are correct and the tm IS ENABLED

Hi Steven,
Currently, we have a problem with SDLTM files, My SDL cannot open automatically after double-clicking on them.
Could you please give me any solutions to this?
Note: I tried to uninstall SDL, remove any SDL file in Regedit, Program data, Common files, App data > local/ roaming folder but still not solve this issue
