Footnotes' translation is not exported in the final document

Question

Hi! 
 I just finished a translation and, when exporting the final document, in .docx format, only the first 10 footnotes were translated; the rest appeared in the source language, even though I have translated all of them. Why is this happening and how can I export the full text in the footnotes?

Hi, Steven! 
 I had seen that thread, but it didn't help. However, I created a new project with the source text in a different format (doc instead of docx), used the TM for pretranslating and it was exported properly, so I do not know where the problem was. 
 In case you want to investigate this, the versions I'm using are Studio 2019 and Word 2013, with a docx file.
