I try to open Studio 2019 and I get "Loading report..." running without stop. Clicking cancel also displays "Cancelling - Loading report" but it never ends either. Is there a way these issues could be optimized or resolved? I mean cancel should do what it says promptly.

First of all- have you tried restarting your machine- I have seen cases before where something 'hangs' and that a simple restart of the computer resolves the problem.
If this does not help, then please run through the following
