Font/incorrectly-rendered character issue in Studio 2019

Question

Hello, 
 
 I encountered a font/incorrectly-rendered character issue in Studio 2019. 
 Some of the Traditional Chinese characters are shown as squares in my Studio. 
 I tried to restore the font setting by following the steps described on this page:

 However, it does not work for me. 
 My OS: Windows 10 Home edition 
 Studio version: SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR1 - 15.1.2.48878 (Freelance version) 
 Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

 Is this happening with all files? or just a specific one? 
 What is the original file format that you received? maybe a PDF?

 Perhaps the font used for the underlying source file isn't fully unicode compliant? Go to your File -> Options -> Font Adaptation and select your target language; then set the correct font and click OK. The problem may be that you are just not using the correct font for editing.

 I am looking at the sdlxlff you sent me and don't see any characters displaying incorrectly. Can you tell me the segment numbers in case I'm just missing them? 
 As it stands it does suggest that the problem is related to the font you are using for the display of the target text. Just to make sure please confirm what you seewhen you go to here: 
 
 If you see the same thing the issue might be related to the available fonts on your system. In this case try using another font from the list.
