Apostrophes displayed as ' in HTML files

Question

Hi Everyone, 
 One of our customers web platform doesn't support entities so we need to ensure to write accents and special characters "normally" and not convert them to entities during the translation process. These HTML files are UTF8 as far as I can see. 
 We unchecked all necessary settings (that we know) but still &apos; are still written as entities in HTML files. Our customer recommended that we write them normaly or as &#39; 
 Can you please let me know what option I would need to check or uncheck to make them "normal" (like ' )? We are using Studio 2019.

Hello Géraldine Lonnoy , 
 You should 'Enable Enitity Conversion'. 
 If you clear this box (disable) then Studio will show the entities and will not convert them to characters in the Editor. 
 Also make sure have the correct options are enabled
