Hi everyone,

I work on a PC with Windows 10, regularly updated.

I updated Studio 2019 SR2 this morning (due to a notification in the Editor View). The software worked perfectly before, now it doesn't start anymore. I am at a loss.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall it (version available on my SDL account).

I tried to rename the entire SDL folder following the instructions from Paul in an other discussion on this forum: c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\

At first, the error message was 'Service 'Sdl.TranslationStudio.AlignmentEditor.IAlignmentEditorService'. Now it's 'Failed to add window command bar extensions'.

Nothing seems to make a difference. Can someone help me?
