Hello, I try to use the Pre-translate batch command with the option Copy source to target when no match is found, but it does not work. I use this option regularly and - as far as I can see - all relevant options have been checked. Are there any settings that conflict with this one?
Where did you set this option? It must be done in the batch itself, otherwise it may not affect the current action.

Hello Jerzy, with my file opened on the screen, I choose Batch Tasks in the Menu Bar > Pre-translate Files and I check the option Copy source to target.
I also tried to work from the Projects tab: right-click > Pre-translate etc. This didn't work either.
This is indeed strange, as this is how it is intended to work.
There is another option in File -> Options -> Editor called "Automatically copy source content to target cells when opening document". Or you simply use the command "Copy all source to target" after pretranslation. I'm afraid I have no clue why the batch setting does not work. In such cases a Studio reset would be most probably the only solution, but before doing that export your profile to keep your settings for the future.

Thanks for your help anyway, but the editor option does not work either. It must be something in Studio.
Are the segments in your file possibly marked as draft? If so, they will not be processed...

So there is indeed a problem in your Studio. In gateway.sdl.com in article 1414 you'll find a description how to reset Studio. I'm afraid this is the only solution.
