SDL Machine Translation Cloud download problem

Hello everyone! 
 I'm trying to download the SDL Machine Translation Cloud from the App store. However, this is the message that appears: "You have logged in successfully, however this app is not available for you to download because you don&rsquo;t have a license for one of the supported products (SDL Trados Studio 2015 - SDL Trados Studio 2017 - SDL Trados Studio 2019) in your account." I purchased the SDL Trados Studio 2019 few months ago thanks to the discount for students. How can I solve the problem?

Hello Cecilia Bernabeni , 
 I have checked your account and you should be able to download the apps. 
 Please make sure you are using the same email address that is registered on your SDL account and then try clearing the cache. 
 Also using Firefox or Chrome might help. 
 Let me know if you are still having issues.
