We recently updated to Adobe CC 2020 and received an idml file from our LSP who did some DTP conversion for us…
The IDML works well on machines still equipped with the former CC2019 and Studio, but it does not work wirth Studio on the CC2020 machine.
Is this a filter/flie type problem?

I am experiencing this for a while. Adobe launched the new version 2 months ago and since then I can't use IDML files saved in this last version. I have to ask clients to save it in the older version, then it works. Please fix this issue as soon as possible because we have a lot of files in IMDL to be translated.
I'm not sure there is anything to fix here. Can you share such a file?
