hard reset, cannot close SDL Trados

Question

Hello, has anybody seen this error? 
 What mught be the cause? 
 SDL Trados can only be terminated with a hard reset, pressing power button for more the 5 seconds.

Sorry, cannot replicate it, installed SDL update

Hello , 
 This is the very first time I have seen this error. 
 Could you post the full error stack please 
 
 Also, could you explain what you were doing in the run up to this error happening. 
 Were you connecting perhaps to remote servers? 
 Any information you can provide might be usefull.
