I hope you can help me clarify the following issue.

We are working with more than 30 translation memories/databases on daily basis.

Recently, we have found out that when we translate files from English (source language) to French (target language), using French translation memory, for one of the terms we are getting translation in Slovenian. The term is correct in the French database and there haven't been any updates since it was created. The Slovenian database also seems to be fine. 

How this happen that for one particular term the target language is Slovenian instead of French, if we use the French TM? It's quite strange. We need to mitigate the risk of getting wrong translations. Anyone has a similar experience?
