From our support logs, I see there was indeed a support WebEx planned. Did this go ahead in the end? Or is this still outstanding?

The screenshots are a little confusing at this stage (hoping you can clarify a little here) as you would only create a return package (as a translator) if you received an SDLPPX in the first place. If this is not the case, you cannot create a return package.

After you received the original package, was there any other steps within the translation process?

Maybe outsourcing to an external freelancer perhaps? 

If so how was the project passed on and received back?

The more precise information that you can provide the easier it might be to find the problem.

After you received the original package, was there any other steps within the translation process? --> no, we opened the package, created the project locally and translate it. Then we tried to create a return package. We worked a lot with Trados 2017 and we did the same steps as we used to, those steps alwayes worked in this older version.

I think the support team need to look at this via a remote session to see what is going on and where the problem is arising as I dont think this is something we can solve in community.

I already had a remote session with some of your team. They asked me to log in the problem here.
