Deactivation of license impossible

I want to deactivate my Trados Studio 2017 license to install it on another computer. I have done this many times before and it has always worked, but this time it does not work. I keep receiving the message Impossible to cancel the licence, Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded. How can I solve the problem? Thanks in advance.
