This sounds like your license has somehow become 'stuck' and needs our license team to reset this for you.

Simply log into your account - Support and select 'Request License Reset'

Then you will be able to use your license again.

Thank you very much Steven. However it has not worked. I chatted with an agent, who deactivate the license, but I get the same message. I chatted then with another agent, who said I have to fill an online form to log a support case. So back to square one. She said however that my license is now available. I thought maybe I could desinstall and reinstall Studio 2017, would that help? Thanks.

I have spoken to the licensing team who will be reaching out to you and will set up a remote WebEx support session to find out what is happening.

Please do not reinstall Studio at this stage, as this will not resolve any licensing issues.

Just to close this thread.

Support deleted the corrupt data in the Studio lic. file and now you are able to use the licence as normal.
