I have perfectly different environment from You and do not have any kind of solution though,
should You have the same kind of difficulties (earlier works well but currently works crazy case)
PLS, do not touch your whole system. ReInstalling or somthing.
That is frequently posted tip but, just c.r.a.z.y. nothing else - effectively waste your precious time only.

I cannot believe no one from SDL can actually help me with this issue. Not unless I purchase support. I already spent a lot on buying this software and it doesn't work as it should.

It sounds as though you either have a problem with the TM on yor new machine, or you need to reset some of the application folders.  If you can't resolve with a new copy of the TM... make sure it's stored localy and is not being shared between your machines somehow... then try resetting.

Rename this folder (just add _old to the end or something, it's not important what you rename it to) and restart Studio:

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0

So the path would become this:

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0_old

If you can't find this folder then you need to unhide your hidden files/folders:

Also try deleting this file:

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.0\TranslationMemoryRepository.xml

Then restart Studo.

If none of that helps please log a case.
