Error "Failed to save target content: Cannot find file type definition with id WordprocessingML v. 1" when saving. Checked files under 'Additional installed File Types exist’ under

'Project Setting' (The empty boxes next to SDL Xliff, Subtitles Filter were chcked). I received the same error message when I tried to save the file again.

I deleted my file. I opened Studio. The files were still in the box. I decided to remove the files in the box thinking this was the problem since this was tried to be saved before I changed the project setting. Then, I saw another message saying this will be permanet at that time of deleting them. After the message, I saw a message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

I saved the file again. I opened the file with Studio. Now I don't see the files in the box. And I can't open the files. There is a little window with the file names that are shown with empty boxes to be checked next to each file. These boxes can't be checked.

An engineer in the client's company responded as shown below:

I am not entirely sure why you have these issues, but I created a new package for you. I am using Studio15 so I do not have the CC options you're mentioning. The files in the package are plain Word files exported from PDFs. The settings are like usual and should not be a problem opening them with the 19 version. Anyway, when the "Object ref" error pops, the best thing to do is to restart and check again. I tried to attach it but the file is too big. I placed it on our FTP where I sow the previous package we sent to you: /FmHTP/Oracle/27_KO-EN_TR-310_12-09-2019 - ToTra_27_KO-EN_TR-310_12-09-2019_en-US_part3_09.sdlppx Can you please confirm to me that you have access to this path if you still encounter the same obstacles with the new package?

I still can't open this new file.
