SDL TRADOS STUDIO 2019 SR2 - 15.2.5.2145 crashes suddenly when left for a long time

Question

Hello, As mentioned in the title above, whenever I work on the application then leave it, say for 30 mins. or so, it's no more there when I return back, that is, it simply crashes leaving no error messages. 
 My OS is Windows 10, kept up-to-date, I have 8 GB of RAM, and work on an SSD.

Hello @ Mohammad Aboulhassan 
 My first suspicion (error stack suggests) that you need to update your system- especially your graphics card. 
 Although you might update your Win application regularly - sometimes not all updates are actually installed and other applications are not updated at all.

 Maybe try resetting Studio will help

 I'm aware of it because you sent me the error stacks through whats app a short wile ago. We have not addressed this with the developer at all. 
 We have spent some time investigating this and so far we can't reproduce it at all. So we're not sure where the problem is coming from. I'd recommend that you both log a support case. If you don't have a support contract please use the web to case link:

 Could you send me the log files (swhale@sdl.com) as indeed this may shed some light on the issue. 
 I think this is most definitely a local issue as otherwise we would see far more reported cases.
