When I'm typing numbers with the numerical keypad of my Logitech wireless K800, in Trados Studio 2019 SR2 nothing is happening. I have to use the upper tool bar of the keyboard to type the numbers which is very annoying. The numerical keypad is perfectly working with any other software. I have updated the keyboard, uninstalled, re-installed Trados, etc. Nothing helps.
If you happen to have the subtitling plugin installed please delete the keyboard shortcuts for it:
It's not possible to set these so we built them into the plugin. To get them back, if you need them when subtitling, just "Reset to Default":
