We have a problem with Word files exported from Trados 2019.

They are 2 standard Word files, with no visible specificity, and we created a project to translate them (as we usually do).

We noticed the problem when we tried to export the first file and open it in Word for proofreading: export works fine, the file opens, then Word freezes after a few seconds and we have to force it to close with Ctrl+Alt+Del. It's impossible to work on it. The same thing occurs when we try to save as target file.
After trying several options, we eventually retrieved the text by copy-pasting it in a new Word file. But we had to be really quick to be able to copy and save the text before Word freezes.

We then tried to export the second file, which had not been translated yet, to make sure the problem would not occur. It worked, until today: 40% of the translation is done, and now the exported file freezes in Word.

We checked the tags (formatting only, nothing complicated), we tried on several machines, from the original project and from a package, and we would really like to know 1) how to get rid of the problem and 2) what causes it to prevent it in the future.

And of course, this is a 4-language project (English, German, Chinese, and Japanese)...
